Mindful Art Class

Access an inner peaceful state through expressive, guided art-making in a supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere.

This class can help you overcome perfectionism and move through any creative blockages. This class is suitable for beginners, and artists and creatives who want to rekindle their creative fire!

The class also includes gentle movement, breathing exercises, and guided meditation.


Intuitive Art Class

This class will guide you in tapping into your inner creativity gently and enjoyably. Making art together has been shown to improve emotional & mental health.

In this class, you will experience a range of expressive art forms to support you on your path. Art-making in a supportive atmosphere can help relieve stress and reduce anxiety and chronic pain.

We will also use some EFT tapping at the end of class to aid in rest and relaxation.


Self-Care Creative Circle: monthly in-person class

Enjoy spending time with like-minded folk who want to support their emotional health and personal growth.

This fun and relaxing class combines neurographic art making, collage, tapping, and mindfulness to help you switch off and nourish your soul and spirit. Classes will be in rhythm with the wheel of the year.

All materials are included, plus a nourishing drink and snack. Suitable for everybody - no previous art experience needed,
